Rhaeadrau Melin-cwrt or the Melincourt Falls are the 3rd highest waterfalls in South Wales at 25 metres in height and worth including on your waterfall country itinerary even if they may be a bit further south.

 

Melincourt Falls are found on the Melin Court Brook, a tributary of the main Afon Nedd (Neath River) which falls over a resistant band of sandstone. They were sketched by Turner in the 18th Century as these waterfalls were drawing tourists to view them even back then.
